Our Philosophy

On the field, through practice and competition, we teach development of high level baseball skills and the importance of preparation, teamwork, good sportsmanship, attention to detail, confidence, appropriate responses to success and adversity and the development of leadership.   

Off the field, we emphasize the development of critical personal traits, including the ability to build trust based relationships, achieving strong academic results in school, exhibiting individual and team accountability and responsibility, developing communication skills and giving back to the community through service.

The Stingers organization achieves its goals with outstanding leadership from its founding members, its coaches and families of the players. Our organization sets a standard and we expect our players to strive to achieve that standard. Success in our mission is not optional; it is required. Players that follow our model will be successful ballplayers and young men.
